Storyteller
I conceive design from the spark of original thought, guiding others to find their own creative fire and storytelling.
My gift is to blend brand, context, culture, customer and project constraints into storytelling that’s unique, immersive, and unforgettable.
For Uniqlo in Chicago, I turned an impossible tight budget into a creative advantage.
Using plywood—an economical material—I covered the store and tattooed every surface with an art narrative. This idea drew from Uniqlo’s Japanese heritage, where marking surfaces is a cultural art form.
We fused Starbucks’ identity, Chicago’s spirit, and youth culture into a visual story: siren hair, river currents, and coffee pouring into an urban plaza. The result? A space that spoke directly to a new generation.
I applied these same principles to personally conceptualize and launch the first five Starbucks Reserve Bars across the Midwest. These elevated retail environments redefined the brand’s premium experience, merging hand crafted materials and immersive design to create spaces that inspire, connect, and elevate the everyday.
I turn limitations into language. Spaces into stories. Ideas into impact
